• 4 spacious frior river cabins each consisting of 2 bedrooms/2 full baths w/large front porch. Each bedroom equipped w/queen size bed & full-size futon. Futon in den.
• Each frior river cabin sleeps 8 people.
• Kitchen equipped w/refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils.
• Sheets and towels are not provided.
• Central Air & Heat.
• Washer & Dryer in each cabin.
• Picnic table, fire ring & outdoor grill.
• Horseshoes & Volleyball.

• No tent camping.
• No loud music, loud noises, drugs or public intoxication allowed.
• No firearms, including BB guns, sling shots and bows and arrows.
• No glass in or around river area.
• Fires in designated fire rings or grills only.
• Do not leave children unattended at the river or lodging site.
• Drive only in designated areas.
• Swim at your own risk.
• Smoking is permitted outside only.
• Do not cut any live, green limbs or trees for any reason.
• No nails, screws or wires are to be placed into trees. Charges for damages to trees or property will be incurred.
• Pets under 30 lbs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash walked in areas courteous to others and there will be a $5.00 a day charge.

RATES

Peak Season $150 per night
May - Labor Day
&
Holiday Weekends & Special Events
Based on occupancy of four people.
Four night minimum.

Regular Season $90.00 per night
Post Labor Day - April 30th
Based on double occupancy.
Three night minimum.

$7.50 for each additional person per night. All rates are subject to change and applicable tax.

DEPOSIT

50% deposit is required within 5 days of making a reservation. Deposits are forfeited if you are a "no show" by 10:00pm on your reservation date, unless notification of late arrival has been made. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 75% refund. Those made less than 30 days will receive 50% refund only if accommodations are re-rented.
