RATES
House Rate $450.00 per night Year Round, three night minimum for first 14 people
Cabin Peak Season $165.00 per night May – Labor Day Holiday Weekends & Special Events Based on occupancy of four people. Three night minimum.
Cabin Regular Season $90.00 per night Post Labor Day – April 30th Based on double occupancy. Two night minimum. $7.50 for each additional person per night.
All rates are subject to change and applicable tax.

DEPOSIT 50% deposit is required within 5 days of making a reservation. Deposits are forfeited if you are a "no show" by 10:00pm on your reservation date, unless notification of late arrival has been made. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 75% refund. Those made less than 30 days will receive 50% refund only if accommodations are re-rented.
